The William F. Lynch Company, Inc., is one of the most prominent and financially sound mechanical contractors in the Central Massachusetts region. With over ninety years of experience in the mechanical contracting field, our Worcester-based facilities have continued to grow, now including our main office building, a pipe fabrication shop, computerized sheet metal fabrication building, and a warehouse storage facility.

Delivering Excellence
Our in-house design teams specialize in design-build projects. These skilled teams fully coordinate every aspect of the project with owners, engineers, architects, and construction managers from conceptual stages through the project completion.
Our own employees perform the following mechanical contracting work: welding, pipe fitting, gas fitting, plumbing, refrigeration, sheet metal fabrication and installation, and mechanical service. We provide insulation, automatic temperature controls, and air and water balancing using our select group of specialty subcontractors.
Our coordinating and drafting department uses state-of-the-art computer aided drafting (CAD) systems and 3D laser scanning. Plotting is done in-house or outsourced as needed.
By completing jobs successfully on time and under budget, WFLCO has built an enviable reputation providing services to the hospital, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, institutional, educational, and industrial sectors.
All WFLCO field employees are licensed craftsmen in their particular trade, having completed schooling and serving five (5) years in an accredited apprenticeship program.
